This job consisted of the demolition of an existing building foundation, utilities, trees, city sidewalks, and a pond/pond infrastructure, site work for a new parking lot, driveways, and bio-retention areas, building pad, complete underground utilities within 5’ of the building including a new storm drain lift system, PG&E Transformer and associated infrastructure and coordination, (2) new Street Lights, new City sidewalk work, coordination with local Agencies, and a grind, overlay, and striping of a portion of the asphalt on Shadelands Drive.
