RCP was contracted to build this 2- year long, muti-phased project which included a 9,000 s/f addition and renovation of 20,000 s/f of an existing, fully operational skilled nursing and memory care facility. $7.5 mil completed in 2018
5,700 s/f custom home on a 1 acre site overlooking Folsom Lake in the prestigious Serrano Country Club. Extensive site-work, including rockery walls and concrete retaining walls.
A 100k s/f, ground-up, project consisting of a two-story underground, post-tensioned parking structure podium with three stories of wood framed structure. This project included thirty-two, four bedroom apartments, with two bathrooms, a kitchen and common living area in each unit.
Four story, wood framed structure, with a plaster skin system built on a busy urban site across the street from UC Berkeley. Exterior facades designed to complement the surrounding architectural styles at the UCB campus. A ninety-four bed facility with common area activity and study rooms. The 4th floor deck overlooks the SF Bay.
