Little Sunshine’s Playhouse
This 9,600 square foot new children’s learning and development school featured English Tudor style architecture on a 1.6 acre site. This project included, a lobby, classrooms, commercial kitchen and bathrooms, all with elaborate interior finishes. Exterior work included landscaping, two playground areas and extensive site improvements.

Serrano Country Club Fitness Center Expansion
This project includes a 4,500 square footage expansion to the existing Serrano Country Club Fitness Center at Serrano Country Club in El Dorado Hills.
