This project consisted of four, two story office buildings with concrete tilt-up construction. A 250,000 s/f of customer service center. Extensive site work on a 30 acre site. A 2,000 s/f expansion to an existing imaging center to create a Women’s Imaging Center focusing on women’s breast health and early detection of breast cancer of which included extensive interior finishes to create a “spa like” atmosphere.
Yuba Sutter Dialysis
Renovation of an existing 8,000 s/f building, for a new state of the art 23 station dialysis clinic and private medical offices for Dr. Cosmo Fraser. In addition, work included extensive plumbing and mechanical along with structural and ADA upgrades.
