A new one story, 15,648 square foot Ambulatory Surgery Center with (3) operating rooms, (3) procedure rooms, (6) pre-op bays, (12) post anesthesia care unit bays, (1) private post anesthesia care unit rooms, and associated support and administrative spaces with high-end finishes.

8,000 square foot tenant improvements of existing medical office that included Physical Therapy and Coaching space, (7) exam rooms, team meeting area and Medical Assistant stations.

This OSHPD 1 project is a complete modernization of (2) elevator cabs in an active hospital.  One elevator services (5) floors of their tower.  There other elevator services (3) floors of the tower. The Adventist Health Clinic project consists of 20,000 square feet of interior tenant improvements, exterior alterations, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work. The project includes 49 exam rooms, treatment and support services for a primary care clinic, a pediatric clinic, a OB/GYN clinic and lab spaces.

11,000 square foot, 2 story tenant improvement, Plastic Surgery Center  

16,000 Square foot, ground-up, OSHPD 3 community health facility on a 1.2 acre site.  Project included medical offices, dental clinic, x-ray rooms, administration and meeting space.

22,000 square foot, ground up out patient surgery center on a 2 acre site. Built to OSHPD 3 standards with (4) Operating rooms and (2) future operating rooms. The project included high-end finishes throughout.
