This is a 13,000 Square foot renovation of building 118 and Pacific Resources research center into a Makerspace for the school of Engineering and Computer science. The renovation includes removal of existing office, team rooms, low- and high- resolution prototyping, innovative storage solutions, 3D printers, work tables, electronic prototyping stations, new whiteboards and a student

6,150 square feet for the University of the Pacific’s Entry Level Masters Nursing Program.  Project to include new classrooms (2), labs (2), meeting rooms (2), office (1), control/observation room (1), storage room (1), custodial closet, and all gender restroom (1) along with a remodeled IT room.

3,000 square foot tenant improvement including a new Nutritional Studies Class Room with extensive AV technology.

10,000 Square foot, ground up day care center, including site improvements and water features.

10,000 Square foot renovation and tenant improvement on the first floor of the historic “Muddox” building.

Various projects at the McGeorge Law School campus in Sacramento including renovations to the following buildings: Class Rooms A&B, Class Rooms G&H, Class Rooms C,D&F. Renovations to the Stacks Library, Seminar Room, the North West Hall and various ADA improvements. The work also included renovations to a portion of the campus referred to as the

Major renovation and expansion of the Law School library. This was a very challenging project since the expansion including renovation of three adjacent buildings that were all built in different eras with separate structural systems.
