Design build project consisting of finish upgrades throughout the second floor independent living and memory care wings of a senior housing campus including new, flooring, exposed wood beams and pilasters, wallcoverings, elevator lobbies, lighting and acoustic ceiling treatments. Project was constructed in an active resident area and was fast-tracked to complete the scope of work on an accelerated schedule during the COVID-19 pandemic.
